DELIVERY POLICY

  • Standard Delivery Time:
    The standard delivery time for graphic design projects is up to 65 calendar days, starting from order confirmation and initial briefing approval.
    For more complex or customized projects, the delivery timeline will be agreed upon in advance with the client and formalized in a contract.

  • Delivery Estimate:
    After the briefing is approved, we will provide a specific delivery estimate, which may vary depending on the complexity of the project, requested revisions, and other relevant factors.
    This estimate is indicative and subject to adjustments as needed, with prior communication to the client.

  • Revisions and Adjustments:
    Client-requested revisions may impact the final delivery timeline. Any additional time required will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties.

  • Project Status Updates:
    The client will be regularly updated on the project’s progress and timeline.
    Any delays or changes to the estimated delivery time will be transparently communicated, and a new timeline will be agreed upon with the client.

  • Final Delivery:
    The final project files will be delivered after client approval and full payment of the agreed amount.
    Files will be provided in the previously agreed formats and can be sent via email, download link, or another file transfer platform, as per the client's preference.

  • Urgent Requests and Expedited Timelines:
    Projects requiring delivery in less than the standard 65-day period may be subject to additional fees, depending on team availability and project complexity.

  • Contact and Support:
    Clients may contact the studio at any time for inquiries or to check on the project’s progress.
