Provision of Services
We seek to deliver the best possible solution for visual identity and other services, using innovative and strategic processes. We create the visual universe of your brand and space. Logo formats delivered are AI, EPS, PDF, DWG, JPG and PNG. Items with digital formats such as email signature and avatar/photo/profile/highlights cover and cover are in PNG (image) type. Stationery formats and other visual items delivered are PDF type.
DELIVERY TIME A Visual Identity project usually takes between 25 and 45 days, and may exceed this period according to the complexity of the project in some specific cases. It is important to point out that we need to validate your brand in the market before the presentation and that takes time.
NOTE: WE DO NOT SEND ROOT FILES FROM THE CREATION OF THE MATERIALS, THEY ARE INTELLECTUAL AND PRIVATE LAW.

Refund Policy
Refunds can be requested within 5 business days after payment, being exclusive for payment via PIX or Boleto for the total amount paid. In cases such as card purchases, Paypal and Mercado Pago, the costs of purchase fees must be borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be requested within a period of up to 5 working days, as it is a service provision, you must request within the maximum period for the process already started to be interrupted.
